Burnout is becoming a serious threat to the welfare of teams and to the culture of the companies in which they work. One difficulty in managing burnout is knowing what to look out for; what are the signs, passive and active, of burnout and when does stress become more serious.

Leanne is a global keynote speaker, author and corporate wellbeing and burnout prevention expert.  Her wellbeing keynotes inspire you to take ownership of your health and wellness through her unique ‘Cadence Approach’, influenced by athletes who generally are very good at managing and restoring their energy levels.  They do this by looking ahead to their schedule and identifying the big events; preparing themselves by focusing on their mind, body and wellbeing; performing at high level and then taking a break to allow their minds and bodies to recover.

Mae llosgi allan yn dod yn fygythiad difrifol i les timau ac i ddiwylliant y cwmnïau y maent yn gweithio ynddynt. Un anhawster wrth reoli llosgi allan yw gwybod beth i edrych amdano; Beth yw'r arwyddion, goddefol a gweithredol, o flinder a phryd y mae straen yn dod yn fwy difrifol?

Mae Leanne yn siaradwr gwadd byd-eang, yn awdur ac yn arbenigwr ar les corfforaethol ac atal llosgi allan.  Mae ei phrif nodiadau lles yn eich ysbrydoli i gymryd perchnogaeth o'ch iechyd a'ch lles trwy ei 'Dull Cadence' unigryw, wedi'i ddylanwadu gan athletwyr sydd yn gyffredinol dda iawn am reoli ac adfer eu lefelau ynni.  Maen nhw'n gwneud hyn drwy edrych ymlaen at eu hamserlen a nodi'r digwyddiadau mawr; paratoi eu hunain drwy ganolbwyntio ar eu meddwl, eu corff a'u lles; perfformio ar lefel uchel ac yna cymryd seibiant i ganiatáu i'w meddyliau a'u cyrff wella.
