WISH North West: Neurodiversity - Three lived experiences

Neurodiversity – Three Lived Experiences

Date: Tuesdsay 3rd October

Time: 9.30-11am

Via: ONLINE via Zoom

Neurodiversity is a collective term for a wide range of neurological differences.  There are many stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences.

In this seminar, we have three people share their lived experience to recognise the challenges and advantages of being neurodivergent.

By understanding individual perspective, we seek to celebrate the many talents that neurodiversity brings and create a more inclusive and equitable culture.

Speakers for this event are:

Katherine Cole

Katherine is the Finance manager for Sodexo, a mum and a parkrun volunteer.  She will be speaking on how volunteering for parkrun has helped her with her Autism and helped to develop her, both professionally and personally.
