In this interactive webinar, Coaching Skills for Managers, we explore essential coaching techniques that empower managers to foster growth, accountability, and performance in their teams. Attendees will learn how to effectively use open-ended questions, active listening, and feedback to support team members' development.
A key focus will be on creating psychological safety within teams—ensuring a supportive environment where employees feel safe to express ideas, ask questions, and take risks without fear of judgment or retribution. Participants will leave with practical coaching tools to cultivate a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
