With an academic and applied interest in building psychological safety within teams, Hayley supports organisations in the sector through a suite of comprehensive e-learning modules, the delivery of in-house and open-cohort ILM accredited Leadership and Management training programmes, as well as bespoke team dynamics workshops and coaching. ?
Hayley is an empowering facilitator, engaging trainer, and skilful leadership coach. Her degrees in Business and Psychology enable her to combine understanding of people’s thoughts and behaviours with an appreciation for their work environment. She has further developed her range of practical skills by gaining qualifications in leadership management, coaching and mental health. Having worked in the sector since 2008 she is passionate about the social impact the sector has, and dedicated to supporting the managers in the sector to lead with psychological safety first.
