As a manager or team leader, you understand the critical role teamwork plays in achieving organisational goals. Lencioni's ‘5 Dysfunctions of a Team’ model identifies common dysfunctions such as absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability, and inattention to results. Throughout this webinar, we will unravel each dysfunction, providing practical insights and actionable solutions to help you navigate and overcome these challenges. Whether you're leading a small project team or an entire department, this webinar equips you with the knowledge and strategies to cultivate a collaborative culture that enhances team effectiveness and drives success.
