We are focused on improving the lives of our customers and have recently launched our new corporate plan CP24+ which sets out our vision for what we want to achieve in the coming three years and beyond. As part of the Board’s succession plan we are now seeking to appoint an exceptional Chair of Audit & Risk Committee who will also join our co-terminous Group Board.
We are seeking a qualified accountant, with a strong financial background and previous experience on an Audit & Risk Committee to lead the committee and ensure the risks of the Group are managed as we continue to grow and expand our services to our customers. In addition we are seeking:
Whilst previous experience of being a Chair of a board or committee is not essential, it would be desirable. Most importantly we are seeking an individual who can commit to our values and shares our aspirations for our customers.
Time commitment for role will be between 2-3 days a month. Meetings are predominantly face-to-face and held at our offices in Castle Donington, Leicestershire.
Remuneration is £13,622 per annum with reasonable expenses.
