We are looking for a positive and dynamic Deputy Manager who has proven strong leadership skills, is able to remain calm in a crisis, and shows focus on youth engagement to empower the young people to reach their full potential.

Within the role you will be responsible for directly line managing and supervising the Support Officers based in Hereford, ensure the delivery of positive strength-based models (SMART) to achieve high quality support service outcomes for young people and to support the Service Manager and Team to meet The Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023 from Ofsted for 16- and 17-year-old care experienced young people.
