Claire Bailey, Head of Innovation and AI Lead at Places for People

Claire Bailey is currently undertaking a secondment as one of PfPs 2 brand new AI Leads, and has retained oversight of innovation. Her career at PfP spans over 24 years and reflects a wide-ranging journey through the housing sector, from housing management for specialist services to Assets and Investments, decarbonisation, innovation and now AI.

This breadth of experience has given Claire a strong understanding of how housing organisations work, the challenges colleagues and customers face, and the opportunities to do things differently.

In her current role, she is passionate about helping PfP explore and adopt AI responsibly, using technology and innovation to support better services, smarter ways of working and improved outcomes for customers and communities.

Engin Yilmaz – Chief Product Officer at Mobysoft

With a track record in the technology sector, Engin has delivered strategic product growth for industry leaders like Google and Microsoft, as well as high growth scale ups. Before joining Mobysoft, he launched Google Workspace across EMEA and drove the product breadth necessary to support Mimecast’s successful IPO and Pitney Bowes Software’s acquisition by Centerbridge Partners and Clearlake Capital.

Engin’s skills include transforming legacy on premise software into profitable SaaS ecosystems, and creating value through Product Led Growth and North Star metrics. At Mobysoft, Engin leads our product and innovation strategy, drawing on deep B2B software experience to align engineering and product strength with ambitious commercial goals.

When not at work, you can find him either under an old car preparing for the next European road trip and race track, or redistributing golf balls into nearby trees.
