Vikki is a bid professional with 22 years' experience in construction and property maintenance, in recent years tendering contracts for social housing repairs, maintenance, and retrofit installations.

Wanting to make a positive step towards Net Zero to safeguard the planet, Vikki is working for EQUANS UK & Ireland, bidding contracts to improve energy efficiency in the retrofit sector. She will be devising decarbonisation plans to ensure Registered Providers stock achieves target EPC ratings by 2028/2030, helping clients secure funding that makes decarbonisation financially viable.

Vikki is extremely passionate about fairness and inclusion. Drawing on her own personal experiences she intends to use her Board Member role with WISH as a vehicle to raise awareness of the barriers women still face today, highlighting how women can better support each other, particularly in male dominated industries.

Being a mother to twins, one of whom has a diagnosis of autism, flexible working allows her to successfully balance work and life. At home Vikki likes to cook, read with her children, and on occasion, scuba dive; the serenity providing a rare break from parenthood and bidding.

Natasha Moore, Interim Chair, Executive Housing Consultant - TristoneNash

Natasha has over 16 years’ experience of providing recruitment solutions to the Affordable Housing Sector.

She maintains a reputable relationship with a large network of Housing professionals across the UK ranging from National RSL's to more bespoke local providers.

Having successfully provided assistance on large scale recruitment drives her knowledge includes (but is not limited to) Housing Management, Asset Management & Property Services, Supported Housing & Homelessness and Housing Development.

Natasha joined the WISH SW board in 2013.

Claudia is a communications professional with over ten years of experience in the not-for-profit and social housing sectors. As Communications and Digital Manager at the National Housing Federation, the trade body for housing associations in England, Claudia works across a broad range of technical and political briefs nationally.

Claudia takes a keen interest in accessible communications and is passionate about gender equality, mental health and inclusion. Claudia joined the WISH board in 2022.

Jo entered not-for-profit public procurement and social housing in early 2025, following over 30 years in recruitment, logistics, and the military. She chose this route to align with her values and her desire to contribute to improving the lives of people and communities.

Quickly immersing herself in the sector, her background in compliance and operations fuels her interest in the legal standards and delivery mechanisms that enable impactful, high-quality, and efficient outcomes for contracting authorities.

Jo is passionate about fairness and equality, believing we should build on the commonalities that unite us while embracing the differences that make each of us unique. Jo believes that the best results come from collaboration, knowledge sharing, and challenging the acceptance of mediocrity and conventional thinking.

Having held leadership roles within male-dominated industries while raising a family, Jo understands the challenges faced by aspirational women. Her role as a Board Member with WISH is a valued opportunity to help drive positive change for future generations.

Outside of work, Jo enjoys music gigs, travel, and walking in nature, especially up mountains or hillsides, where she can indulge her love of birdwatching.

Vickie is a Business Development Manager at Clarke Willmott Solicitors for their social housing sector.

Vickie supports colleagues working with social housing providers across England and Wales with marketing activity, as well as growing & maintaining lasting connections and relationships.

Vickie joined Clarke Willmott in 2015 as the firm’s Events Coordinator after graduating from Plymouth University with a degree in Events Management.

In her spare time, Vickie also volunteers for Girl Guiding UK at a local Brownies unit.

Vickie joined the WISH SW board in 2025.

Hazel has over 25 years’ experience of embedding social purpose relating to Housing, Homelessness, Safeguarding, Domestic Abuse, and Community Investment. She is immensely passionate about inclusivity by actively leading on equity and diversity.

Having founded her own business, Synergy Safeguarding, and working as an associate for SAFE (Safeguarding Associates for Excellence) she has a wealth of experience in driving impactful initiatives fuelled by her passion for social change.

Her contribution to the sector also extends to being a Non-Executive Director for Brighter Futures housing association, as well as voluntary position as a Mentor for the Housing Diversity Network supporting and guiding mentees on their journey to unlock potential and inspiring confidence.

Hazel is honoured to speak at conferences and participate in webinars and podcasts, as well as being a member of various national forums relating to housing, homelessness, and safeguarding.

She is privileged to be able to bring together both professional and personal lived experience.

Outside of her professional life, Hazel enjoys music festivals and gigs, and attends Pilates and Yoga classes to focus her body and mind.

Fen Walker has over 15 years’ experience in the social housing sector, having worked both for a Registered Housing Provider and for a main contractor. She is currently a Branch Manager at Cardo Group, a leading Total Asset Management company, where she leads on the Winchester Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance Contract. With a background spanning both generic and intensive housing services, Fen brings extensive experience in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance, including within homes for vulnerable adults with complex support needs such as homelessness, substance misuse and mental health challenges.

An empathetic and people-centred leader, Fen is passionate about improving processes, empowering teams and raising standards across housing and property services. She is particularly committed to championing women in the sector and inspiring the next generation of girls to consider careers in construction and social housing.

An architectural apprentice at One50studio, Oana brings over six years of experience in the housing sector to the WISH SW board. Her favourite architectural projects are the result of a collaborative team effort, prioritising social value and community interest.

Passionate about helping others, Oana has volunteered with various organisations, including Alive, UWE Community Action Days, Babbasa, Women in Architecture and Part W. 

Outside of work, Oana enjoys running and walking so much that she challenged herself to complete the Macmillan Cotswolds Mighty Marathon Hike in 2025, raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. She had to show herself that she could do hard things too. 

In 2026, Oana joined the WISH SW board as her first board position. She is passionate about representation and is dedicated to showing young professionals that their voices are needed on boards today, not just in the future.

My name is Jo, I am mum to two beautiful girls age 23 and 17.  I am a proud pet mum, I have one cat, two dogs and two horses!  I love to keep busy and keeping fit helps keep my mind and body balanced.  

I have spent much of my working life in the social sector, most notably:

1. CSO/Processing officer,  working up to Real Time Contact Centre manager at the Dept of Work and Pensions
2. Working with vulnerable adults as a Hospital Discharge Caseworker at Aster
3. Joint business owner of 3 award winning pub/restaurants for 13 years
4. Partnership Manager at a Socially responsible Real Estate Investment Trust
5. Development Manager for Housing at Julian House Homelessness Charity
6. Now Supported Housing Development Lead at Golden Lane Housing, where I oversee supported housing projects across the South-West for adults with Learning difficulties and Autism

In 2024 I returned to education, gaining my Level 4 in Housing, with my intention to complete my Level 5 in 2026/2027.

I have lived experience of homelessness (sofa surfing), and a survivor of assault and domestic abuse.  I am very open to talk to anyone who needs support in these circumstances.  I have also been an advocate for my daughter who is diagnosed AuDHD, as her time in mainstream education was a very troubling one.

I am proud to be joining the board at WISH SW, and I hope I can bring value to the team!

Tillie is an Associate solicitor at Ashfords LLP, specialising in social housing development. Tillie advises registered providers in relation to the acquisition of land and plots, supporting her clients to secure land opportunities and deliver affordable housing.

Volunteering at a night shelter for over two years gave Tillie first-hand insight into the challenges of Bristol’s housing crisis, and motivated her to work with organisations improving the availability and quality of affordable housing. Tillie’s commitment to improving accessibility and inclusion also shapes her legal career, and she has experience working with social mobility organisations to support young people looking to get into law.

As a collaborative, creative and determined team player, Tillie is delighted to join the WISH South West Board and wants to promote an empowering and inclusive environment for women working across the housing sector.
