This 90 minute webinar is for senior managers who want high standards and strong accountability without fear, blame or disengagement creeping into their teams.
Using a compassionate leadership and psychological safety approach, it explores how accountability breaks down when people don’t feel safe—and how senior leaders can create environments where responsibility, ownership and challenge thrive instead.
You’ll reflect on the impact of power, pressure and response styles on performance, and gain practical insight into how to set clear expectations, address issues early and encourage ownership without creating defensiveness.
Expect grounded, real-world perspectives on building empowered, high-performing teams where accountability feels fair, consistent and constructive.
