• Give assertive direction even if it feels awkward. Learn why being clear with staff is being kind and how to start giving instructions, providing feedback and chasing overdue work.

Gemma and Hayley will guide you through a series of exercises and techniques to help you become a more confident communicator - in order to build rapport and connect with others, create safety for openness and provide impactful feedback to others.
