Join WISH Midlands for our Lunchtime online event Setting Boundaries: Strength, Resilience & Looking After You
As housing professionals, we are no strangers to pressure. We show up, we problem solve, and we carry the weight of our work with quiet determination. But strength should be a choice, not a constant requirement, and even the most resilient among us needs space to breathe.
This online event is an opportunity to pause, connect, and invest in yourself.
We'll be exploring the power of boundaries, not as a sign of weakness, but as a professional and personal tool for long-term resilience. Together, we'll reflect on the very real pressures we face in social housing, share practical strategies for stress management, and remind ourselves that the vital work we do is only sustainable when the people doing it are healthy, supported, and valued.
Because you matter... not just as a professional, but as a person.

Our Speaker - Ellie Marlow
Ellie is a Communications Officer at The Regenda Group working across housing, regeneration and community engagement. With four years’ experience in social housing, she’s passionate about helping organisations to listen more effectively, communicate clearly and build communities people can feel proud to be part of.
Alongside her professional role, Ellie is a Board Member for CIH Futures, championing youth voice and making sure that housing is a sector where young people can thrive now, and in the future. Her Futures work centres on inclusion, representation and sector culture.
Ellie is passionate about creating environments where colleagues and communities feel supported, respected and able to grow. Her approach to boundaries is shaped by lived experience, frontline engagement and a commitment to healthier, more sustainable ways of working in housing - a sector she genuinely loves and is proud to be a part of and advocate for.
She brings a warm, honest and practical perspective to conversations about wellbeing, drawing on both her professional insight and her work amplifying young voices, community stories and customer experiences.
This is your reminder that looking after yourself isn't a luxury, it's a necessity.
We look forward to seeing you there,
