Join WISH North Wales for an inspiring lunchtime webinar event exploring the connection between women, safety, collaboration and innovation.
Through real-life examples, Rhian Parry will explore what the “right fit” really means when it comes to women’s workwear and PPE – and why it goes far beyond simply choosing the right size.
The session will look at the importance of listening to the people actually wearing the products, asking the right questions and understanding the bigger picture before making decisions.
By bringing together the experience of end users, Health & Safety, procurement teams, suppliers and manufacturers, organisations can make better-informed decisions that consider not only fit, but also comfort, practicality, protection, availability, value for money and the needs of the people doing the job.
From everyday workwear and PPE through to maternity and menopause needs, product development and emerging technology, Rhian will share practical examples of how listening, collaboration and innovation can lead to better outcomes – and why the best solution isn’t always the most obvious one.
Our Speaker:
Rhian Parry - Managing Director of Workplace-Worksafe LTD

Rhian's work in product development and innovation spans a range of sectors, from offshore wind and marine environments to workplace safety and housing, often bringing together manufacturers, industry and end users to solve real-world problems.
Her approach is simple: listen to the people experiencing the problem, bring the right people together and find a practical way to make it better.
What to expect:
A relaxed and engaging discussion with practical, real-world examples exploring how listening, collaboration and innovation can help organisations make better-informed decisions about women’s workwear and PPE – and why getting the “right fit” involves much more than choosing a size.
