Welcome to our insightful one-hour webinar, "Are you a Manager or a Leader? What's the Difference?" designed for individuals currently overseeing teams, departments, or groups at any professional level. In the dynamic landscape of today's workplaces, the terms "manager" and "leader" are often used interchangeably, yet they embody distinct skill sets and approaches. This webinar seeks to unravel the nuances between the two roles, helping participants gain a profound understanding of their own leadership style and providing practical insights to enhance their effectiveness in guiding and inspiring their teams.

Whether you're a seasoned executive or a front-line supervisor, this webinar aims to explore the core differentiators between management and leadership. Through engaging discussions, real-world examples, and actionable takeaways, we will discuss decision-making, communication, and motivation.
