WISH Training: Befriending your Inner Critic - November

WISH Training: Brefriending Your Inner Critic

Date: Tuesday 12th November

Time: 12-1pm via Zoom

Our inner voices can be our biggest cheerleaders. However, for many women, the negative inner voice plays havoc with their confidence - preventing them from speaking up, stepping forward or taking action. A recent study shows women are 2.5 times less likely to speak up in a meeting than men. The women in the study attribute this to their own internal narrative which tells them 'you'll look stupid', 'you're not good enough'. The good news is that we can reframe that narrative and work to gently challenge the inner critic voice to have our back, to encourage us and speak to us the way we would a friend.

In this free 60 minute online session, we will be joined by guest speaker Gemma Brown who will be exploring the inner critic voice(s) and inviting you to practice ways to tap into a kinder and more motivating voice. Come along with a notebook and begin befriending your inner critic.

Join us for this free online session for women on 23rd May 12.30pm-1.30pm
