This 90 minute webinar is for senior managers who want to move past the misconception that compassion is “soft” and understand its role as a serious strategic advantage.
Grounded in psychological safety and real organisational experience, it explores how compassionate leadership drives better decision-making, stronger accountability and more sustainable performance—especially under pressure.
You’ll examine what compassion looks like in practice (not just in intent), the behaviours that embed it into everyday leadership, and how senior leaders can role-model and reinforce compassion without lowering standards.
Expect clear, practical insight into how compassion, when done well, becomes a lever for culture, performance and long-term impact.
