Free Lunchtime Webinar for WISH Members - Protect Your Boundaries
Tuesday 23rd June 2026
12:00pm - 1:00pm
Online Event
This workshop explores how personal boundaries are essential tools for sustaining well-being, strengthening leadership capability, and fostering healthy professional and personal relationships.
You will examine the idea that effective leadership begins with self-leadership, and that protecting your own energy is not a luxury; it is a prerequisite for leading others with clarity, compassion, and consistency.
Key outcomes
Improved self-awareness:
Gain clarity on your personal energy patterns and recognise early signs of overwhelm.
Practical boundary-setting tools:
Leave with actionable steps for setting limits while maintaining positive relationships.
Enhanced leadership presence:
By committing to lead themselves first, you will feel more capable of guiding teams with intention rather than reactivity.
Stronger alignment with values:
Connect boundary-setting with living and leading in alignment with your core values, helping to create more sustainable and meaningful impact.
When you set boundaries that honour your well-being, you create the internal space needed to lead others with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
