No More Hiding Ltd partners with organisations to build inclusive cultures that identify, develop and retain female talent and encourage senior level progression to close the gender gap. This is through consultation, training and coaching. The founder, Gemma Stow specialises in the importance of visibility when it comes to women’s career progression and helps ambitious women have the confidence to promote themselves in a positive and constructive way so that they own and showcase their expertise.

Tracy Tallant, Director of Organisational Development, WDH

Tracy leads the Organisational Development team and is responsible for Human Resources; Learning and Development and Health and Safety.  She is CIPD qualified and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development; holds a health and safety IOSH qualification and has over 30 years’ experience of working within Human Resources.

Tracy has worked for the National Probation Service, Wakefield Council and subsequently WDH since 2004 and is fully committed to ensuring the employee experience within WDH is the best it can be and is striving for WDH to be an Employer of Choice.  Tracy leads on the Investors in People and Diversity and Inclusion agenda for WDH and chairs the Health and Safety Group.

Tracy grew up and lives in Wakefield, is married, has two grown up daughters and a granddaughter and spent many of her younger years living on the WDH estates.

Sarah Roxby, Housing & Health Director, WDH

Sarah is Service Director for Housing and Health at WDH and leads an award winning team of almost 200 housing and health professionals, whilst continuously banging the drum to put housing and health on the agenda. 

Sarah leads the Housing and Health Programme for the West Yorkshire Integrated Care System and has influenced investment from the NHS into key housing related roles.

Sarah began her career in housing at 16 years old. After discovering a passion for connecting housing and health she has dedicated her career to putting that on the agenda, both at a local level developing relationships with the NHS and nationally, supporting others to follow her lead. Sarah is a well-respected woman in housing and was a finalist at this year’s Women in Housing Awards.

Sarah Hutchinson, Head of HR, Yorkshire Housing

Having previously worked in various HR roles within the financial services sector over the past 10 years, I joined YH as Senior HR Business Partner in March 2020. I instantly fell in love with what Yorkshire Housing stands for and its vision.  Having led the Business Partner team for 18 months I moved in to the Head of Service role in August 2021. I now look after the Business Partnering team, HR Operations and Recruitment. 

I’ve been involved in lots of exciting projects over the past three and a bit years, including developing new initiatives around wellbeing and E,D&I, a total refresh on our approach to recruitment, leading our Colleague Forum and delivering initiatives to help evolve our ‘Hub, Home & Roam’ approach to flexible ways of working. 

I am also a trustee for a Bradford based homeless charity, which gives me an opportunity to use my skills and be involved in helping local issues.  I have a 4 year old son who has just started school, so we’re currently in the middle of settling in days!
