WISH Midlands Event: Walk and Talk

Please note that the walking part of this event will be an easy walk for 20-30mins around Birmingham with opportunities to stop along the way.

Women's health is an important issue that sits at the intersection of wellbeing, culture, and inclusion in the workplace. How can we better support women to shape healthier and more equitable workplace environments?

We invite you to join us for a walk and talk session where we will:

• Review psychological safety through the equity lens
• Rethink workplace culture 
• Reimagine leadership practice

This event is designed to create a safe and inclusive space for women across the social housing network—to connect, share, and envision healthier workplaces and stronger communities.

Speakers:

Harah Chon, Systems Design Director at Wonder Consultancy Group

Harah is a designer, researcher and educator. She is currently directing the MBA at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London. Harah has developed numerous programmes, masterclasses and workshops at the intersection of design and business, with a particular interest in systems-based thinking and strategy design. At Wonder, Harah applies creative frameworks and methodologies to effect meaningful change across the areas of women’s health and leadership.

Neha Sawjani, CEO, Co-founder at Wonder Consultancy Group

Neha is a strategic leader, coach and CEO/co-founder of Wonder Consultancy Group. She works internationally with organisations and senior leaders to drive growth, develop leadership capability and deliver meaningful social impact.

Her focus is on turning purpose into action - building inclusive cultures and strategies that create both commercial and societal value.
