On the 25th May, WISH Midlands held our first Neurodiversity event online. Janine Green, WISH Midland's Co-Chair accompanied by speakers Nicola Bowerman and Eimear Strong shared their stories and views on how workplaces can support all types of ways to think, learn and interact and especially how companies can create a working environment that works for all colleagues.
Janine, the session host, began talking from her perspect of lived experience of neurodiversity following recent diagnosis. Eimear Strong shared her experiences and Nicola Bowerman and Kirsty Normille discussed how Grand Union Housing Group are creating a working environment that works for all colleagues.
