WISH London Summer Networking Reception

Whilst the guests enjoyed the canapes and drinks, we heard from Richard Petty Lead Director – Residential Advisory at JLL. Richard spoke about the latest developments in the housing sector with a particular focus on regulatory requirements. We also heard from Nicola Dibb, co-founder of WISH who spoke about exciting plans for the ‘WISH Mentoring Programme” – to be piloted in the London region.  Nicola also updated us on the Women in Housing Conference and Awards and encouraged nominations from southern based WISH Organisations. Peju Fabunmi, a long time WISH member and supporter spoke passionately about the benefits of mentoring and, in particular, attending WISH events.  We heard first hand from one of her Mentees, Anusha Kamboj who described how she has now found her first paid work placement with Martin Arnold, thanks to an introduction made at a recent WISHLondon event.
