In June WISH South West held an event all focusing on managing the challenges and impact of Universal Credit. The Event was hosted by Emma Owens of Curo who has played a big role in designing and implementing the services to support the customers through a very difficult and complex transition.
Curo were the lead area for rolling out universal credit and therefore helped to unearth many of the challenges. They have worked hard to share this information across the country with many organisations helping them to prepare the for the challenges before they arose.
The event was well attended and there were many new faces travelling from as far afield as Wales and Devon and the feedback was very positive, the event scored a 9.7 out of 10 overall which we are all very proud of.
Thank you to our Sponsors, Curo, 360 Service Improvements and TristoneNash.
