This is an exciting role with an opportunity to make a real difference in advancing inclusion both within WDH and amongst our stakeholders.

 

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be involved in the design and delivery of our Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan, providing your own expertise and advice across WDH and to wider groups, ensuring that our workforce is informed and upskilled on related topics.

Working in collaboration with others you’ll be instrumental in driving forward new policy and delivering support to underrepresented groups, ensuring progress towards our ambitious targets in this area.

 

To join the Orgnaisational Development team, we’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience of working within this area of expertise and of advising a wide range of customers on best practice;
  • The ability and nous to deal sensitively with issues relating to inclusion;
  • Self motivation and ambition to actively seek to drive change;
  • Relevant and up to date knowledge of issues and legislation relating to diversity and inclusion;
  • Acommitment to cross functional, collaborative styles of working; and the ability to work flexibly as part of a wider team.
