Set within thousands of acres of land, they support agricultural and horticultural projects helping create a sustainable community. You can see this organisation is truly unique.

 

Purpose – Team and Role:

  • Provide professional advice and support whilst coordinating and managing a small in-house repairs team
  • Assessing and recording the condition of their properties
  • Ensuring the timely completion of works and ensuring safe working practices
  • Working towards Net Zero, you will be involved in developing and implementing the Trust’s environmental strategy programme
  • Knowledge and experience of sustainable property management is highly desirable.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

This is a pivotal role requiring a flexible and organised approach to managing multiple work-streams including:

  • Property Surveying
  • Asset Compliance
  • Project Management
  • Capital improvement and minor works programmes
  • Supply chain management
  • Supervision of the PALs repairs & maintenance team
  • Main Areas of Responsibility.
