We are looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join our Property Services Team to ensure we remain compliant and keep our customers safe.

About the role:

We have vacancies within our Empty Homes Team who are delivering electrical testing, repairs, installations & smoke alarm upgrades in our domestic homes. This is part of our on-going commitment to keep our customers, colleagues and stakeholders safe. However, you would be expected to work across all areas of property services as required.

About you:

The successful applicants must undertake all aspects of electrical work and be preferably experienced in all installation and maintenance work in domestic and non-domestic premises, including Mains Distribution, 3 phase and Electrical Inspection and Testing.

• Permanent role
• Salary is £35,295 per annum
• Location: Throughout the North East
• Company van provided
• 37 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• The successful applicant will be required to cover out of hours standby, which attracts a standby payment
• There will be an opportunity to earn additional money through overtime
