We’re on the lookout for an experienced Housing Professional to join our friendly Neighbourhoods team in Kent! As a Neighbourhood Services Manager, you will have your own portfolio of properties in your patch across Ashford & East Kent areas, managing the tenancies, leases and communities within a multi-tenure portfolio.
Acting as an ambassador for Moat, you will deliver a high-quality housing management service to our residents. You will be key to building trust, improving resident satisfaction and ensuring that our estates are safe and maintained to a high standard. Your experience of working with managing agents will ensure our contracts are utilised to their maximum potential, making positive improvements to the communities we serve.
You will report to the Neighbourhood Operations Manager, and have other Neighbourhood Services Manager’s on your team, enabling you to support each other and share knowledge/experiences.
