We’re expanding our inhouse trade team and we’re looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Joiner to join and enhance our successful and growing Property Services Team working in our Responsive Repairs and Empty homes Maintenance team to work in our properties throughout North Yorkshire, particularly in and around York.

About The Role:

We’re looking for a Joiner to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.

About You:

You should have completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience and possess all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of Joinery works to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components.

You should hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and also have experience of the trade.

Customer service skills are essential for this role as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety.

A full UK driving licence is essential.



Working With Us:

This vacancy sits within our KPS 54North Homes Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes Team. 54North Homes is part of the Karbon Group, and this team will deliver services to their customers and properties on behalf of Karbon. Key Details:

• Joiner – Permanent role
• Salary is £ 35,218 per annum
• Location: York – this will be agreed with the successful candidate prior to their start date.
• 37 hours per week
• Working Pattern, 9am-5pm.
• The successful applicant will be required to work throughout the North Yorkshire, particularly in and around York
• Company van provided
• The successful applicant will be required to participate in delivering our out of hours service (additional payments will apply).
• There may be an opportunity to earn additional money through overtime.
