Job Title: Housing and Communities Manager
This post will be based at Horizon’s Livingston office. However, hybrid working is available with this role
Hour of Work: 35 per week (Monday to Friday)

The Role:

As a key member of Horizon’s Leadership Team, you will provide strategic direction and oversight of housing, customer and tenancy sustainment services. Working through Lead Officers, you will ensure effective service delivery while maintaining a strong focus on performance, compliance, customer experience and continuous improvement.

You will be an experienced housing professional with a relevant qualification (e.g. CIH) and a strong commitment to continuing professional development.
You will bring:

A full UK driving licence (or the ability to travel to meet business needs) is required.
