Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Money Matters Team Manager
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join us as a Money Matters Manager in our Money Matters team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that’s making a real difference in people’s lives.
The Money Matters team supports Karbon’s mission by empowering individuals to improve their financial wellbeing, helping them build resilience, achieve stability, and create positive, lasting change in their lives and communities.
About The Role:
This role leads the delivery of Karbon’s Money Matters service, with responsibility for day-to-day operations, team performance, service quality and continuous improvement. You’ll oversee caseloads, monitor outcomes, use data and insight to shape service delivery, and ensure the team meets regulatory, safeguarding and organisational standards. Working as part of the wider Customer and Community Engagement leadership team, you will build effective internal and external partnerships, contribute to strategic planning, and help ensure the service delivers meaningful outcomes for customers and communities.
About You:
You’ll be a confident and values-led leader with experience of managing people, delivering high-quality services, and driving performance in a busy environment. You’ll bring strong judgement, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to use insight and data to inform decisions and improve outcomes. Just as importantly, you’ll be an excellent communicator who builds trust quickly, works collaboratively with others, and supports and develops people to perform at their best. A genuine commitment to customer wellbeing, continuous improvement and inclusive leadership will be key to success in this role.
You’ll be part of our Money Matters team, led by Lee Forrest, Head of Financial Wellbeing and Employability. If you’d like to know more about the role, feel free to reach out to Lee at [email protected].
