About The Role:

We’re looking for a confident and organised Digital Product Executive to strengthen our team and provide support to our Digital Customer Product Lead. You’ll help us to shape existing and emerging digital customer experience products and services

About You:

You’ll be a confident and proactive self-starter with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to improve digital customer experiences. You’re organised, able to take ownership of your work, and comfortable balancing collaboration with independent delivery.

You’ll have experience in creating and managing digital content, ideally within websites or customer-facing platforms, and be skilled in producing clear, engaging communications that align with tone of voice.

You understand customer needs and can turn feedback and insight into practical improvements, helping to shape better services and journeys.

You’ll be a strong communicator and team player, able to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while also managing your own workload effectively.

Above all, you’re motivated to make a difference, bringing a collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused approach to everything you do.
