We’re looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our Damp and Mould Team, helping us create healthier homes and improve the lives of our customers.


About The Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our Damp & Mould team, delivering high-quality repairs and installations within occupied residential properties.

The successful candidate will play a key role in improving property ventilation, reducing condensation risks, and supporting damp and mould remediation programmes across our housing stock.

This is a varied role requiring excellent customer service skills, technical competence, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
 


About You:

  • You'll be a qualified electrician with experience working in domestic properties and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
  • Experience of ventilation systems, damp and mould remediation works, and working within social housing would be advantageous.
  • Most importantly, you'll share our commitment to putting customers first and helping us create safer, healthier homes.


A full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Details:

  • Electrician – permanent role
  • Salary is £39,429 per annum
  • Location: Throughout the North East
  • Company van provided
  • 37 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)


The successful applicant will be required to cover out of hours standby, which attracts a standby payment

There will be an opportunity to earn additional money through overtime
