The successful candidate will bring the following to the role:

  • An enthusiastic and compassionate individual with experience of working with people experiencing mental health challenges or vulnerabilities
  • Confidence in establishing and developing strong links with community agencies, voluntary organisations, and mental health services to support positive outcomes
  • Comfortable with lone working and able to use initiative to make informed and person-centred decisions
  • A commitment to delivering a high-quality service to service users, partners and internal colleagues
  • Ability to contribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of mental health support servicesPositive, adaptable, and open to change, with a willingness to contribute to a culture of learning, reflection and improvement
  • Ability to design and facilitate opportunities that promote engagement, recovery, and reduce social isolation
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively
