About Sureserve:

Sureserve is a trusted partner for housing associations, local authorities, and residents, delivering high-quality compliance and energy services. Our focus on energy efficiency, safe and compliant homes, and enhanced quality of life makes us a leader in the industry. With nationwide reach, regional expertise, and a commitment to excellent service, we are well-positioned to support our clients now and in the future.

About the role:

Carry out deep cleaning works to vacant properties across our housing portfolio, ensuring homes are presented to a high standard and ready for occupation.

What you’ll be doing:

Travelling between multiple properties, you will be trusted to manage your workload effectively while maintaining excellent attention to detail. From cleaning kitchens and bathrooms to removing debris and carrying out full property cleans, your work will help create a positive first impression for incoming residents. You will work closely with housing, repairs, and maintenance teams to ensure properties are turned around quickly and efficiently, helping us minimise void periods and provide quality homes for our customers.

What we’re looking for:

Previous cleaning experience, ideally gained within domestic, commercial, housing, or facilities environments. You will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while consistently delivering high standards. An understanding of health and safety practices is important, as is a commitment to using cleaning equipment and materials safely and responsibly.

Experience within social housing would be advantageous, although not essential. A full UK driving licence would also be beneficial due to the travelling nature of the role.

Why Join Us:

You’ll be part of a supportive team that values expertise, reliability and great customer service. We offer a positive working environment, opportunities for development and the chance to make a meaningful impact, in the communities we serve.
