We’re looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the role of Electrician in the Responsive Repairs Team to ensure we remain compliant and keep our customers safe.
About The Role:
We have a vacancy within our Property Services Operation Team in Responsive Repairs, delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement
About You:
The successful applicant must undertake all aspects of electrical work and be preferably experienced in all installation and maintenance work in domestic and non-domestic premises, including Mains Distribution, 3 phase and Electrical Inspection and Testing.
Customer service skills are essential for this role as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety.
A full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Details:
Electrician – Permanent role
Salary - £39,429 per annum
Location: Throughout the North East
Company van provided
37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- The successful applicant will be required to cover out of hours standby, which attracts a standby payment
- Flexible Pot worth £657 upon successful probation period
