Internal Communications Officer

Salary: £32,901 - £41,126 (depending on experience)

Location: Dartford, Kent (Hybrid working available)

Contract/Hours: Full time (35 hours per week), permanent

At Moat, we're on an exciting journey. We've launched a new corporate strategy, introduced our Moat Offer, refreshed our website and are preparing to launch a new repairs service. As we continue to evolve, our Communications team are expanding, and we have a number of exciting new roles. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Internal Communications Officer to help keep colleagues informed, engaged and connected.

The role:


As our Internal Communications Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality communications that support colleague engagement across the organisation.

You'll create compelling content, support communication campaigns and events, and help maintain our intranet as a trusted source of information. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll ensure important messages are communicated clearly, consistently and effectively.
