Job Description: Stock Condition and Energy Surveyor
Help shape the future of our homes and communities:
As we continue to invest in our housing stock, we're expanding Gentoo's Property Investment team and are looking for experienced Stock Condition and Energy Surveyors to join us. In this rewarding role, you'll help ensure our customers live in safe, warm and energy-efficient homes by carrying out stock condition surveys and energy assessments across our portfolio.
Working closely with our Asset Investment team, you'll provide accurate data and insight that informs future investment decisions, helping us prioritise improvements such as new kitchens, bathrooms and other key property upgrades. Your work will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality homes, meeting the Decent Homes Standard, and supporting our commitment to delivering safe, sustainable homes for our customers.
Please note: To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work-related travel. The role is also subject to a DBS check, which will be arranged and funded by Gentoo
