We’re looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the roles of General Construction Operative in the Property Services Team. 



About The Role:

We currently have vacancies within our Property Services team. The roles are to complement our existing Empty Homes teams and have become available due to our continued growth within the North-East. We’re committed to providing as many good quality homes as we can, with building safety at the forefront ensuring that our communities are strong, sustainable and compliant. 

We’re looking for General Construction Operatives to join our team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering works within our property services team, delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement. 



About You:

Good knowledge of health and safety in a construction background is essential with all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of the role in occupied, empty home, domestic and non-domestic premises. 

A full UK driving license is essential

Key Details:

General Construction Operative – Permanent roles 

Salary - £28,270 per annum with additional flexible pot of £657 

Location: Potential to work anywhere in our footprint 

37 hours per week 

Regular travel is required 

Company vehicle is supplied
