Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31st May 2027, Full time 35 hours per week
Salary: £42,149 - £45,000 per annum (London weighted salary) or £37,573 - £41,000 per annum (Regional salary) - Dependant on Experience
Grade: 8
Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford

We’re looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join our diverse and experienced Corporate Health & Safety (CH&S) team. With around 30 professionals covering workplace safety, construction, fire and building safety, and employee wellbeing, CH&S plays a vital role in shaping a safe and healthy working environment across L&Q.
As part of the second line of defence, our team develops policies, supports risk management, delivers audits, monitors compliance, and promotes best practice.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll provide expert advice and support on a wide range of health and safety topics to frontline staff and managers. You’ll lead and contribute to safety-related projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
