Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

We have an amazing opportunity for two Performance Engineers who will play a pivotal role in assuring the performance of more than 260 heat network schemes. Providing your technical expertise’s you'll assess efficiency, reliability and outage performance, providing robust assurance that our networks meet Ofgem's compliance requirements
As we progress through Ofgem authorisation, your expertise will be critical in validating performance data before it is reported externally. Through detailed audits and evidence-led analysis, you'll determine compliance status, identify areas for improvement and provide assurance that our regulatory submissions are accurate, reliable and defensible.
This is a role where your insights will make a real impact. You'll work closely with colleagues across Energy Operations, Asset Management, Development and Compliance, influencing operational performance and helping to shape investment decisions through clear, data-driven recommendations.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll be trusted to challenge constructively, provide expert technical guidance and drive continuous improvement across our growing heat network portfolio.
