5362 Installation Supervisor - Rubix M & E

We are recruiting an experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee installation works across a range of projects. This role is ideal for an experienced installation professional with strong leadership skills who can supervise teams, coordinate site activities and ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

As an Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing installation teams, coordinating daily activities, monitoring progress and ensuring work is completed in line with project specifications, health and safety requirements and agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising installation teams and subcontractors on site
• Coordinating daily installation activities and site requirements
• Ensuring installations are completed safely and to a high standard
• Reading and working from technical drawings and project specifications
• Monitoring project progress and reporting any issues or delays
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring work meets required standards
• Managing materials, tools and equipment required for installations
• Liaising with project managers, contractors and other site teams
• Ensuring all site health and safety procedures are followed
• Supporting the team with technical issues and resolving problems where required
• Maintaining accurate site records and documentation
• Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timescales

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Installation Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
• Previous experience supervising installation teams
• Strong knowledge of installation processes and construction/site practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team
• Full UK driving licence
