We’re looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join us as a Housing Team Manager in our General Housing Team.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that’s making a real difference in people’s lives. 



About The Role:

The role of the Team Manager is pivotal in: 
 

• Providing effective leadership of a team of housing colleagues to drive high level of performance and customer satisfaction 
• Managing estate management, tenancy management and allocation service 
• Developing and continually improving the housing management service and developing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

About You:

We are looking for someone with: 

• A strong record of demonstrable achievement in making a difference and service improvement in an organisation of comparable size and complexity to Karbon Homes, in the delivery of tenancy, void, allocation and estate management 
• Experience of working in partnership with stakeholders to deliver excellence   
• Experience of collaborating and working as part of an effective management team

Key Details:

Housing Team Manager – Permanent role 

Salary - £46,411 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,405 per annum  

Location: Greengates Office - Stanley, County Durham 

Regular travel will be required  

37 hours per week with agile working
