The role we are currently looking to recruit a full time mobile Senior Property Development Manager.
The role is full time, 35 hours a week and we are happy to talk flexible working. In this role you will provide a new business focused development service within a specified geographic region enabling the organisation to achieve its stated aims for growth.
The job holder will make sure that they fully understand and fulfil their responsibilities in respect of both Health & Safety and Diversity & Inclusion at all times.
This profile is not exhaustive and other activities at a similar level may need to be carried out.
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
• Track record of negotiating and sustaining successful partnerships
• Good knowledge of the development, regeneration and construction process including the development finance and risk appraisal tools and approaches
• Experience in a housing and/or development environment. A marketing or social care background or finance would also be acceptable
• Successful track record of exploiting new business opportunities in Housing, Social Care or Health
• Experience partnership working with statutory/voluntary agencies including Homes England procedures and funding mechanisms (Desirable)
• Good knowledge of the development and regeneration and project commissioning process and an understanding of social services/Health public sector requirements (Desirable)
• A relevant qualification equivalent to degree standard.
