Sarah-Ann uses her experience of performing on stage to support and coach business executives around the world about how to speak fearlessly and has performed at The Royal Albert Hall with an impressive client list including Women of the UN, T-Mobile, Orange and JP Morgan.
The event was a huge success with more than 40 females joining together to benefit from Sarah-Anns energetic coaching which involved much audience participation. Sarah-Ann’s message of the day was ‘to embrace those ‘OMG’ moments’. She also delved into the science of what happens to the human brain and body when feelings of nerves set in and how to combat this, whilst exploring how people can change their self-confidence through maximising neuroplasticity.
Several members amongst the audience were joining the WISH network for the first time.
Ffion Lloyd, Property Project Coordinator at Cartrefi Conwy said:
“I really enjoyed my first WISH North Wales event! Sarah-Ann Cromwell was fantastic, I’m already embracing my ‘OMG’ moments and I have been power-posing all day”
The theme asks that we can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations and celebrate women's achievements.
Nikki Waud, Chair of WISH North Wales said:
The event was the perfect representation of International Women’s day; empowering females to be fearless, speak out with confidence and to learn to believe that you can achieve more.
Sarah-Ann’s energetic approach to coaching has been truly uplifting and I speak for all the attendees and the wider WISH North Wales board by saying what we have learnt at this event has made a hugely positive and refreshing impact, which we can go on to implement in our daily lives, in-turn helping us to strive for equality.”
