We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the post of Grounds Maintenance Team Leader within our Grounds Maintenance Team. Come and join our team!!

Grounds Maintenance Team Leader:

  • Permanent role
  • Salary is £28,538 per annum
  • Location - Based at our Greengates office but working in an agile way, across the North area.
  • Agile and flexible approach to hours of work which supports the team.
  • Essential car user allowance (own car to be used)
  • 37 Hours per week
  • Generous benefits package including 26 days annual leave on commencement rising to 31 days after 3 years’ service, occupational pension, health cash plan, and birthday leave, with the option of a flexible pot towards enhanced benefits.

 

The Role of Grounds Maintenance Team Leader:

We are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join and support our Grounds Maintenance team in managing an already excellent service, delivered to our customers in a way that that promotes high levels of customer focus, performance, safety, and quality, with a strong emphasis on innovation, forward thinking and continuous improvement.

The successful applicant should have a thorough understanding of grounds maintenance practices, and must possess the relevant knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to successfully manage a multi - disciplined team of in-house colleagues, supported by approved sub – contractors, in undertaking grounds maintenance tasks in a fast moving, dynamic and expanding working environment.

They must be dynamic, with a collaborative, and engaging style, and possess strong customer service, people management and organisational skills. Additionally, be highly organised, capable of working to tight deadlines, achieving KPIs and targets in accordance with budget constraints, whilst maintaining high quality, and safety.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
