We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our friendly team at Worthing Homes. This role will support our CEO, Executive Team and Senior Leadership Team and will thereby play a pivotal role in supporting the business achieve our strategic objectives.

  • Up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience

As our business progresses, we have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant (EA) to join our friendly team and contribute to our “27 Steps to brilliance, by 2027”.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • As an experienced and established EA you will provide a broad range of support services to the Board, Executive Team and Senior Leadership Team and will thereby play a pivotal role in supporting the business achieve our strategic objectives.
  • As a confident communicator, you will have interactions at all levels in the organisation and will be a positive ambassador for senior colleagues; ensuring delivery of a first-class customer service both internally and with wider stakeholder groups.
  • As an integral support to the senior team, you will need to be able to work autonomously and be excellent at planning, prioritising and time management to meet business demands.
  • You will need a flexible, proactive approach and be available to work some evenings.
  • A self-starter with a positive ‘can do’ attitude you will have a high level of professionalism, discretion and the ability to think one step ahead to anticipate needs and put solutions in place.
  • Your written and verbal communications will be of a high standard, and you’ll be adept at keeping pace with complex meeting discussions to produce high quality minutes.
  • You will pride yourself in having a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and presentation.
  • You will be a competent user of the full MS365 suite and enjoy using IT to deliver creative and quality outputs.
  • You will have a passion for working in an organisation that prioritises customer service and be keen to be part of our organisational journey to brilliance.
