4198 Head of Housing - Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust


The Head of Housing is a senior leadership role within JRHT. This post provides strategic leadership and management of the housing services, developing and implementing policies, working collaboratively with stakeholders to meet the needs of residents and communities.

To provide assurance that the day-to-day activities that are undertaken by the teams comply with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards, in particular achieving the outcomes set out in the Regulator of Social Housing’s consumer Standards.

To consistently provide high quality housing and community services to all residents, ensuring that services are tailored to individual residents where appropriate. To ensure that all services delivered are done so in line with all current regulatory guidance, standards and codes, and legislative practices. This role contributes to the overall delivery of the JRHT strategic objectives.
