Empty Homes Supervisor - Fixed Term Contract 9 Months - 37 Hours per week - Hybrid 

At Connexus, every empty home represents an opportunity for someone to find a safe, affordable place to build a life in. We are looking to recruit two Empty Homes Supervisors to support delivery of a targeted Empty Homes Recovery Programme. 

Working within a contractor-led delivery model, you will oversee a portfolio of void properties, ensuring works are completed to specification, within agreed timescales and budgets, and in line with Connexus standards. You will manage empty homes through the full programme lifecycle, from inspection and specification through to completion and handover. You will play a critical role in ensuring quality, compliance, cost control and delivery pace across a high-volume programme of work.
